Tina Parr is the Director of Bands at Reynolds Middle School. Prior to joining the Reynolds Band, Mrs. Parr was one of the Prosper High School Mighty Eagle Band directors. Mrs. Parr is so happy to be at Reynolds and to continue the Eagle Pride of Excellence at Reynolds! Her passion is music and the joy it can bring to everyone!

Mrs. Parr received her Bachelor of Music Education from Lamar University. Her primary instruments are clarinet and saxophone. While studying at Lamar, Pass was in the Wind Ensemble on clarinet, lead tenor saxophone in the top Jazz Band, and Color Guard Captain for the Marching Band. This will be Mrs. Parr's 30th year of teaching and before she came to Prosper, she taught in Beaumont, Burleson, Denton, and Frisco ISD.

Her husband Gerald Parr is an Assistant Principal at Prosper High School and she has three sons, Zach, Gatlin, and Lawson. Zach graduated from the University of Sam Houston with a Finance degree and is now on the PGA Tour. Gatlin graduated from Prosper High School and now lives in Fort Worth with his wife Kaylee and their new baby girl, Ellison. Lawson attends Prosper High School and is on the basketball team.

Clayton Koch is an Assistant Band Director at Reynolds Middle School. This is Mr. Koch's fourth year at Reynolds. Mr. Koch received his Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Texas Tech University where he studied with Professor Amy Anderson, Dr. Sarah McKoin, and Dr. Jacqueline Henninger.
While at Texas Tech, Mr. Koch played oboe in the Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, and the University Symphony Orchestra, as well as saxophone in the Goin' Band from Raiderland and guitar in the University Jazz Ensemble. His tenure in the University Symphony Orchestra included performing at the TMEA Clinic and Convention in 2015 and at the Lincoln Center in New York. While in Lubbock, Mr. Koch was also an active private lesson instructor, teaching oboe private lessons and master classes in Frenship ISD. Most recently, Mr. Koch student taught within the Austin area in Leander ISD at Stiles Middle School and Glenn High School.

Mr. Koch is a native of Leander, having graduated from Leander High School. His professional affiliations include Texas Music Educators Association, Texas Bandmasters Association Kappa Kappa Psi, and Mu Phi Epsilon.

Dylan Dann is an Assistant Band Director at Reynolds Middle School. This will be Mr. Dann's 7th year of teaching, and his first at Reynolds. Prior to coming to Prosper, Mr. Dann taught in Spring Branch and Clear Creek ISD in Houston. Mr. Dann received his Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from the University of Houston, Moores School of Music, where he studied Music Education with Mr. John Benzer. During his time at the University of Houston Mr. Dann also studied trumpet with Jim Vassallo and Mark Hughes.

While at the University of Houston Mr. Dann played trumpet in the Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble and The Spirit of Houston Marching Band. In 2012 Mr. Dann traveled with the University Wind Ensemble to perform at the Midwest Clinic in Chicago, Illinois and was also a member of the Santa Clara Vanguard. His professional affiliations include the Texas Music Educators Association and the Texas Bandmasters Association. 

Mr. Dann recently moved to Frisco with his wife, Katharina, who holds a doctorate degree in piano performance from the University of Houston. They both look forward to teaching and performing in the area.


Justin Matthews is a percussion teacher at Prosper ISD, and serves as the percussion specialist for Reynolds Middle School.

Mr. Matthews is a musical performer and educator based out of Dallas, Texas. Justin performs on a variety of Percussion instruments in many different settings, ranging from solo Steel Pan to chamber ensembles. Justin is an experienced educator, having taught in a private studio and a variety of performing groups.

Through music, Justin has had the opportunity to perform on a national stage many times. He has twice played in the world-renowned Carnegie Hall, as well as once in Indianapolis at the Music for All National Festival. Justin holds a degree from the University of North Texas. While pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Performance, Justin played in tremendous ensembles and with world-renowned musicians. He was a performing member of the UNT Wind Symphony. Mr. Matthews also serves as a co-director of the Laborie Steel Pan Workshop in Laborie, Saint Lucia.
